As Director of Communications of National Public Health Information Coalition, Marietta, GA. October 2011-present, Brad offers extensive management experience in public relations, media relations, writing and editing, social media, marketing and advertising, media training, print and electronic publications, brand management, crisis communications, website content, planning and implementation of special events and social responsibility promotions, preparation and delivery of presentations, and speech writing.  

     He has written and promoted hundreds of news releases, planned dozens of news conferences, and conducted hundreds of interviews that have resulted in positive state and national media coverage.  He has won more than a dozen awards for excellence for his work from public relations and professional organizations.

     Among his other accomplishments, Brad was responsible for company communications for the environmental company he worked for which was contracted to assist in the aftermath of 9/11 at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon; directed all communications, marketing, media relations and training, and internal and external publications of Arizona’s public health agency in Phoenix, as the Communications Director for the Arizona Department of Health Services for seven years; and as a young journalist (B.S, Journalism, Arizona State Universit) yserved for 4 years as Managing Editor, Arizona Capitol Times, also in Phoenix.

     Dr. David Golman grew up in West Los Angeles and has for the last 40 years lived in Encinitas, California. David is married and has two adult children.

     Dr. Golman completed his undergraduate education at UCLA and UCSD; he received his Doctorate in Pharmacy from UC San Francisco.  He has been a licensed pharmacist for 34 years. During that time he has worked as a clinical hospital pharmacist at the VA La Jolla and Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas; and as the Director of Pharmacy and General Manager/Administrator for a home-infusion pharmacy, a Medicare certified nursing agency and a licensed home-based hospice in San Diego and the Inland Empire. For the last 15 years he has worked in clinical drug research, working with pharmaceutical companies, doctors, nursing and pharmacists, managing and directing investigations new drug clinical research studies across the United States and Internationally.

     Dr. Golman began his involvement in politics in 2011 by joining the team supporting the Democratic candidate opposing Rep. Darrell Issa in the California 49th Congressional District. He again joined the team supporting the Democratic challenger in the 2014 congressional race. Dr.Golman has been supporting Monstah PAC since September 2014 in the advisory role of operational planning and execution. He currently serves as the Advisory Board chairperson.

David Eisenstein


     Since September 2012, David, a licensed attorney in California (since 2003) and Arizona (since 1976) for 41 years, and a registered Independent, has had overall responsibility for Monstah PAC's campaign activities. Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, he has resided in Carlsbad, California in northern San Diego County, part of California's Congressional District 49 for the past 8 years, after moving to the San Diego area in 2001.  He has distinguished himself in federal and state courts around the country in cases establishing important legal precedents in the area of commercial litigation, and now emphasizing the mediation of complex commercial controversies.  

   David ran unsuccessfully for Arizona Attorney General in 1990, after co-founding a successful law practice which grew to twenty attorneys and fifty employees. He graduated with Distinction in the top 20% of his class in 1976 from the University of Arizona's College of Law, a Tier 1 law school, after graduating from the University of Arizona's undergraduate program in 1973, receiving a Bachelor's of Arts Degree majoring in Political Science and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa National Scholastic Honorary.

     He has taught courses in political science as well as U.S. and international business law for the Keller Graduate School of Management and the University of Phoenix. He is the co-author of Sprint to the Finish, and has authored many legal articles over his 40 years of practice.
